All Sales Final – No Refunds Policy
At EMBR Consulting, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, results-driven marketing services for coaches, consultants, and service providers. Due to the personalised nature and immediate action inherent in our service agreements, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once work has commenced.
Each project is tailored specifically to our client’s objectives. By engaging our services and making payment, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed our process, service scope, and guarantee. You agree to our terms and understand that no refunds shall be issued, except in cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our control.
Exceptions: If you wish to report a service issue (e.g., delivery not as described), you must notify us within 48 hours of project completion for investigation and resolution. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK law related to misrepresentation or failure to deliver.
